Sound bath
Sacred Life Bidford presents a Healing Vibration Sound Bath, performed by Dawn Perkins.
Destress and unwind with a beautiful meditative Sound Bath.
instruments such as singing bowls, Gong, bells and other percussion will be used to relax the mind, body and soul.
Initially Dawn will guide you through a step by step breathing exercise before you rest in the tranquility of being immersed in beautiful Sound waves, that have been scientifically proven to enhance one's wellbeing and encourage healing, whether it physical or emotional.
If interested please bring along a yoga mat, or something comfortable to sit or lie on. A pillow(s) and a blanket and some water for hydration.
