Ignite your Intentions for 2026

Set your new year off with a spark through the power of intentions.

We will join together reflecting and releasing 2025 then setting our intentions for 2026. Gain clarity through meditation and embody intentions through a gentle yoga class.

No workshop would be complete without some self love through face yoga and yummy (healthy) snacks.
