Heart Awakening is a tender sound immersion designed to open and harmonise the heart space. Through the soothing tones of gongs, crystal bowls, and sacred instruments, you’ll be guided to release emotional heaviness, dissolve old defences, and reconnect with the pure, radiant essence within.
