Chatterbooks @ Alcester Library

Welcome to Chatterbooks, our new reading group for 7-11 year olds.

Come and explore Alcester Library, chat about your reading with friends, and do a small craft activity. Using The Reading Agency model, Chatterbooks reading clubs help children build a lifelong reading habit. Because everything changes when we read.

Chatterbooks meets on the fourth Friday of the month, 3:45-4:45pm at Alcester Library. It is free to join, just drop in, no need to book.

You are welcome to stay and join our Lego club after the session. Parents and carers are encouraged to use the library too whilst you're here. Please note children aged under 8 need to be accompanied at the library.

Alcester Library is committed to including everyone. We welcome group members with additional needs so please let us know how we can best support you. There are sensory toys and ear defenders available to borrow in the library, and you can find our social story and floor plan below.
