Start your weekend feeling strong, stretched, and energised!
Join us on Sunday 14th September from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM for a unique combo of movement and fun.
We’ll begin with an hour of padel – a fast, social racquet sport that’s easy to learn and fun for all skill levels. After working up a sweat, we’ll flow into a 50 min Pilates session, focusing on breath, balance, and full body strength to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
This is a great event for all fitness levels – whether you’re brand new or experienced. Come solo or with a friend!
