Yoga & Tea with Nissa

@nima.yoganm is making their teaching debut on Sunday 8/31 9:30-10:30!

We are so excited to have her vibrant, kind and passionate energy at the tea bar.

Nissa has practiced yoga for 10+ years and recently became a 200-hour certified yoga instructor. She focuses on alignment and accessibility for all bodies.

This class will focus on releasing the lower back.
