Yin Soundscape

Step into a sanctuary of stillness where Yin Yoga postures invite you to slow down. As you settle into each pose, waves of healing sound from crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes wash over you. Connect with your body’s sensations and your own vibration - sessions will end with an invitation to participate in Mantra and Sacred Sound call and response.
