This week we celebrate World Communion Sunday. Our guest speaker is Krista Johnson Weicksel, the the Chief Administrative Officer for Disciples Overseas Ministries. As we mark the day with churches of many denominations all over the world, we focus on how we are united in Christ. In that unity we are able to honor and celebrate our diversity. At Monte Vista we will hear scripture readings in three languages and enjoy special music from the voice and bell choirs.
Please be sure to check in with the Greeter at the Welcome Table. A supervised children's Prayground area is available with activities for the children that enables parents to worship in another area of the room.
