In 2024 we had such a lovely post-Fest milonga with DJ Kipp and a house full of lovely dancers.
Unfortunately this year we have no conflicting events.
I don't wish to see the community divided between the two.
So with a heavy heart I am canceling this Nov-3 date.
Our DJ Clara is also supporting this decision.
I want her first time playing music at Las Puertas to be special and on a date when everyone can be in one place.

Save the Dates: Oct-29th & Nov-3rd for two fun (pre-&-post) milongas bookending the Albuquerque Tango Festival!
Las Puertas has had a long tradition of having milongas before and after the Festival. Puerta al Tango is stoked to host again this year! Come join us, again, this year both pre-&-post Albuquerque Tango Festival at our iconic and unique venue, Las Puertas!
We have a warm and welcoming (and musical!) community at Puerta al Tango. We invite you to come dance with us and continue the good vibes from the festival. Come a day early and join us Wednesday or sleep in an extra day and enjoy Albuquerque on Monday... then dance with us!
