Welcome to Self Care Sunday Flow and Sound Bath at Casita Bonita Events Venue! Join us on October 26, 2025 at 11:00 AM for a rejuvenating experience. Take time for yourself with a relaxing and gentle yoga session (approximately 40 mins) followed by a soothing group sound bath (about 10-15 mins) to reset and recharge. Info: This will be a gentle yoga flow, easy enough for beginners and yogis of all ages and skill levels.

Info: For this portion I will have everyone move their mats to the outside of the room, I will be set up in the center. You can choose to put your legs up the wall or lay flat on your back or any other position that is most comfortable for your body.
