We welcome and invite you to Prana- an immersive ceremonial experience designed to awaken, activate, and harmonize the vital life force energy within. We will begin with sacred smudging to clear and open the space. A heart-opening cacao ceremony follows, inviting deep presence and connection. Next we will journey into Breathwork and Qi Gong to activate, cultivate, and circulate Qi, preparing the body for an ecstatic dance journey where movement becomes medicine. The evening closes with a healing sound bath, weaving frequencies of stillness and renewal to ground the experience into embodiment.

6:00-6:30pm: Doors Open/ Sacred Smudging
6:30-7:00pm: Cacao Blessings led by Marissa and Tyler
7:00-8:00pm: Qi Gong and Breathwork guided by Leela Love
8:00-9:30pm: Ecstatic Dance featuring Boundless Frequencies
9:30-10:00pm: Closing Sound Bath facilitated by Kristen and Jonathan
