We welcome and invite you to Prana- an immersive ceremonial experience curated to awaken, activate, and harmonize the vital life force energy within. We encourage you to bring your prayers, intentions, and presence as we gather under the first full moon of the year. This is a potent time to dance and breathe your visions into existence as we co create this sacred journey together in community.
We will begin with sacred smudging to clear and open the space. A heart-opening cacao ceremony follows, inviting deep presence and connection. Next we will journey into Breathwork and Qi Gong to activate, cultivate, and circulate Qi, preparing the body for an ecstatic dance journey where movement becomes medicine. The evening will close with a healing sound bath, weaving frequencies of stillness and renewal to ground the experience into embodiment.
