Monthly GORUCK Callout - Overnight Glow Ruck

Come join the F3 ABQ GORUCK Club for the August GORUCK Monthly Callout, an overnight Glow Ruck with glow sticks. F3 organizes free, peer-led workout groups for men, but this event isn't just for men; all are invited to be there! Thanks to our friends at BFit505 & Burque CrossFit for providing a great parking/gathering point. We will meet Friday, August 29th starting at 9:00 PM outside BFit505 (11500 Menaul Blvd NE) and will proceed on four different 5+ mile ruck segments, returning to the BFit505 parking lot every two hours. Minimum distance is 5 miles to complete the challenge; whether you can join us for one (5 mile) segment or all four (~20 miles), we hope to see you out there! Join in at the start point at 9:00 PM, 11:00 PM, 1:00 AM, or 3:00 AM. We will wrap up by 5:00 AM on Saturday, August 30th. No specific weight requirement, carry your normal training weight.
