December full moon walk

Yes, we embrace the cold! Here is the next full moon walk!! December 4, 6-8pm. See you there with hats, handwarmers, and delicious hot tea. This is a slow, small distance, forest bathing walk that includes guided mindfulness exercises, invitations to engage with the natural world around us, and a chance to connect with other nature loving humans. Registration is required, cost is $8 per person. Rain or shine event, no refunds, only cancelled in the event of dangerous wind speeds. All registered participants will be contacted prior to the event to address any questions and confirm meet-up details.
