Albuquerque Roller Derby (ABQRD) is hosting our Fall Skater Recruitment Event on Sunday, September 14th, 10am-12pm, at Wells Park Community Center. This event is open to ALL genders, ages 18 and up, and no prior skating experience is required.
ABQRD will provide loaner gear if needed, plus water, snacks, and a pizza lunch afterwards. Whether you're looking for a new sport, a way to stay active, or a supportive community, this is your chance to roll into the world of roller derby!

10 am - 12 pm: Get there a little earlier if you have questions about gear/safety gear sizing and essentials.

🛼Loaner gear is available, but if you have your own gear, please bring it. Quad skates, helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards are required; mouth guard is optional but recommended.
💦Water! We practice outside, and it’s important to stay hydrated.
