EBMY Farm and Duck-A-Roo Studio presents Playing in Mudd from 1:00-3:00. The Workshop is located at EBMY Farm, 15376 Erie Rd. Albion Mi.
This 2-hour pottery workshop will be an alfresco in a tent at the farm. The workshop entails creating a free-formed pumpkin using the most basic pottery form, a pinch pot. Then add a stem, leaves, vines, etc. Each artist will use underglazes to add color and texture to complete their design. The pumpkin will be allowed to dry slowly, then fired and ready for pickup in three weeks.
Refreshments of coffee, tea, soda, and farm-fresh bakery treats will be available during the workshop.
All sales are final, and while there are no refunds or transfers to other workshops, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you can not attend.
**Due to many factors, when creating clay art from scratch, there is a slight chance that a piece will crack during the firing process. These circumstances are uncontrollable, and there is no guarantee that your project will survive the firing process. Cracks happen even to skilled potters. There are no refunds even If your piece cracks during the firing process.
