Chain-O Sunday Runday

Let’s get some trail miles. We will launch from the Sand Lake parking lot near the Nature Center at 9:30 on Sunday morning.
First timers are welcome and, as always, no one gets left behind. Chain O Lakes trails can be challenging. Runners should be able to run at least eight miles on the trails.
What to expect:
We walk up the hills and we run at least two minutes slower per mile than road pace. The trails will be wet and snowy in spots so bring a change of shoes and socks for the ride home.
Be sure to bring plenty of water and snacks.
