This two-hour workshop aims to enhance students' body and mind awareness through movement, mindfulness, and breath. Participants will learn skills to improve mobility, stability, strength, and flexibility, with a focus on proper alignment for safety and personal growth.

This workshop is for anyone with a body—yes, that means you! Enroll at your nearest SamFit location or by emailing .

Just $20 for members and $30 for non-members, per workshop.
