Memory Screening

The Dementia Care Specialists of the ADRC of Southwest Wisconsin will be holding memory screen sessions at the Albertson Memorial Library June 24th from 12:30 - 3:30 pm.

A memory screen is a wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory and cognition or can be used as a baseline for future changes. Screens are free and private. Call 608/426-4295 or email to register.
