The tournament will consist of teams of two. Anybody wishing to compete in the hunt this year will need to inform Michael or Kacey no later than January 28th through text message, Facebook message or comment on this event page.
No money will be excepted before the event. A $10 donation per team member ($20 per team) will be accepted at the time of weigh in on January 31st. Donations will be paid out to the teams for the following:
50% most squirrels
25% longest squirrel (nose to tip of tail)
25% most unique ( judged by entire group)
Rules:
-No trapping, road K*ll, pet, emotional support, farm raised or genetically enhanced squirrels allowed.
-All hunters must abide by ALL Federal, state and local hunting regulations.
-Official hunt starts the morning of Saturday January 31st at legal shooting light.
-all teams must be represented by at least one team member at the time of body count/weigh in.
-official count/weigh in starts at 3:00pm January 31st
-all squirrels must be present by no later than 3:30pm
-weigh in and body count will take place at Doug’s vault
-team mates do not have to hunt together or on the same properties
