Set in the peaceful embrace of nature, this morning is designed to help you release the year gone by and step into the new one with clarity, vitality and purpose.
We’ll move the body with mindful yoga to awaken energy, explore conscious breathwork to refresh and reset the nervous system, and surrender into a soothing soundbath to harmonise the mind and heart. Enjoy an extended guided full body relaxation and space and time to to reflect on your wellness visions for 2026. We then come together in the uplifting practice of kirtan meditation, chanting of sacred yoga mantras that naturally calm the mind and nourish the soul.
To close our morning, enjoy a warm spiced chai and a delicious vegan treat, giving you a wholesome and heart-warming finish to your first day of the year.
