Experience creativity and relaxation in this engaging art session for ages 14 to adult. Part of our Wellness through Art series, the Paper Mosaic workshop is designed to help you unwind, reflect, and express yourself in a supportive space.

What to expect:

Begin and finish every session with a gentle relaxation or easy meditation to encourage presence and peace.

Dive into the art of paper mosaics—using colorful paper pieces to craft a vibrant, unified design that reflects the beauty of bringing parts together to form a whole.

Enjoy the forgiving nature of the medium and the freedom to experiment, knowing mistakes can become part of your masterpiece.
