Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a gentle practice appropriate for all levels of yoga experience. This is beneficial for releasing muscle tension, reducing stress and increasing inner peace and balance. Please bring a yoga mat as well as blocks, bolsters or two firm pillows and a blanket.
