About the event

Renewal Yoga

An hour-long class of gentle, Restorative yoga focused on letting go and starting new. We'll use plenty of props like pillows and blankets to get comfy in poses and bring our focus to the breath, ending with a mindfulness practice.

Beginner-friendly and accessible to all levels.
