InnoSource is hosting open interviews for a contract Customer Service Representative position with potential to be considered for hire with FirstEnergy! If selected for this opportunity, you will be an employee of InnoSource and will provide customer service to FirstEnergy customers.

When? Wednesday, Dec 17th, 2025, 10:00am - 3:00pm

Akron, OH 44305

Included with this position is a starting pay rate of $18.00/hr and a benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and dental reimbursement.

Interviews will take place from 10:00am-3:00pm on Wednesday, Dec 17th. Please come prepared with a few copies of your resume.
