At this class, participants will learn how to make this traditional Roman dish from scratch using both the Ricotta method and Potato method. Guests will enjoy their Gnocchi with a Sage Butter Sauce and a Marinara Sauce with Garlic Bread and Salad in the Cafe after. Alcohol can be purchased in the cafe to enjoy with dinner.
