The moon in Taurus, a fixed earth sign, invites us to slow things down, ground our energy, reconnect with the body and remember what actually feels good. Join Amber & Kaley for a gentle, grounding and releasing candlelight practice. A Sacred Moon ceremony will follow practice and class will end with a guided Yoga Nidra and the healing of the sound bowls.
