Fire x Ice Workshop

In this 90-minute Fire x Ice Workshop with experienced 500HR yoga teacher, yin expert, and Reiki Master practitioner Kim Bostwick, you will experience first hand the power of opposites. During this offering, you will practice gentle and mindful yin/restorative poses as well as a powerful and stabilizing slow burn practice. Ice-cold towels in savasana complete this beautiful and unique experience.


It takes both fiery passion + cool surrender to truly heal. When we cultivate compassion and love within ourselves, we are able to share this energy with the people around us- and the vibration continues to radiate out to everyone they touch. When we work to heal ourselves- we help to heal the whole world.
