Fresh off her new release, Hey, It’s Lauren, Lauren Brabson is a regional touring artist and emerging folk singer-songwriter from Barberton, Ohio. A self-taught musician, Lauren’s songwriting is candid and deeply personal, focusing on themes of acceptance in everyday life. Her emotive vocal delivery—sometimes jubilant, sometimes melancholic—brings these stories to life for listeners.
Beyond performing, Lauren is a dedicated advocate for the local music scene, championing her fellow musicians and independent venues. As a woman in music production, she is passionate about paving the way for others in the industry.
Lauren has captivated audiences across numerous festival and club stages, earning a dedicated following. To date, she has released three EPs—Sad Girl Blues and Gypsy in 2022, and Hey, It’s Lauren in 2024—along with her 2024 single, Matriarch.
