Join Building Healthy Communities Summit Medina Chapter for our monthly Plant Based Potluck and Film Screening of Vegucated.
We will be sharing a meal so we ask that you bring a low-fat, minimal-oil plant based dish. We will also be screening the Documentary Vegucated.
This documentary follows three meat- and cheese-loving New Yorkers as they adopt a vegan diet for six weeks. Their journey uncovers the hidden truths of animal agriculture, the environmental impact of food choices, and the benefits of plant-based eating. With its raw and honest portrayal of animal cruelty, Vegucated remains a timeless “oldie but goodie” that inspires change.
We are aiming to be zero waste so your help in making this happen is greatly appreciated. We recommend bringing your own water bottle, plates and flatware.
