Building Healthy Communities Summit Medina hosts its monthly potluck with a "Let's Beat Breast Cancer" educational event, including a cooking demonstration. We'll share delicious foods prepared by you and also learn about foods that are shown to reduce breast cancer risk and support survival.
This is a great opportunity to meet new friends and community while sharing a potluck lunch and learning about the Power Foods. Participants will leave with recipes and handouts.
Bring a low-fat, minimal-oil, plant based dish to share as we gather for connection and conversation! PLEASE REGISTER (event is free)
We aim to be zero waste so your help in making this happen is appreciated. We recommend bringing your own water bottle, plates and flatware.
