Beyond Startup: Make Your CRM Work for You

OVERVIEW:

Got a growing list of customers or contacts but no clear way to manage them? Learn how to use CRM tools to stay organized, save time, and follow up consistently. We’ll cover practical strategies for tracking leads, automating reminders, and personalizing sales and marketing messages. Bring your laptop and work in-class with guidance from our expert facilitator.

YOUR FACILITATOR:

Amy Wong is the president and founder of Dot Org Solutions, a marketing, fundraising, and strategic planning firm serving nonprofits and small businesses, located within Bounce Innovation Hub. With over 30 years of experience, she has worked extensively with CRM systems—populating databases from scratch, managing large-scale data migrations, and training organizations on effective CRM usage. She believes that well-managed customer data is the key to marketing and sales success.

PARKING:

Please ensure you are parking in the designated Bounce Parking areas, reference the "Bounce member, tenant and visitor parking" areas listed below. Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.

WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS

This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
