Our traditional Christmas Eve dinner menu to enjoy at Ol-Lin on December 24th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.:
a variety of delicious, nutritious, and gluten-free dishes.
THE 6-COURSE CHRISTMAS MENU
• Pumpkin cream soup with cashew and almonds
• Spinach salad with pear, dried cranberries, and caramelized pecans
• Gluten-free lasagna with exquisite cashew béchamel
• Christmas “montadito”: baked sweet potato, cooked beetroot, almond cheese, cashew, and walnut
• “No-meat” loaf and our smoked “no-turkey” medallion
Desserts: Gluten-free tiramisu and gluten-free Red Velvet cake
Drink: Traditional Christmas punch
Price: $650 MXN per person.
