Spirit Walk

Meet at 5:30 at the church ( 70 Commercial Ave.) then we proceed to Rotary Park at the Bridge. We meet down by the lake and walk over the bridge into the first clearing we do a meditation ( with the sound bowls) beside the lake ( bring chairs and possibly a sweater ) then we a walk around the little cemetery, and lakefront being open to potential messages or insights from Spirit, We gather those insights and then go back to the church to discuss them. Last years was an incredible experience, If there is rain or inclement weather on these days we will reschedule.
