Reconnect: Yoga & Wellness Social

Come join us for an afternoon where you can reconnect with yourself and others through yoga led by Courtney Moore and Melissa Mae at The Dream Room Studio INC.

We'll guide you through a 75- minute yoga flow starting with a gentle Vinyasa Flow, followed by a meditative Yin yoga practice and intentional stillness. Water and small towels will be provided. There will also be post- class refreshments (by the Mindful Meal Cafe by Mathilda's) and hot tea provided during the time to connect with others. Whether you're new to yoga or have a regular practice there's something for eveyone.

We value the time and commitment of all attendants and aim to start the event promptly. We kindly ask you to plan ahead and arrive at least 5-10 minutes early to settle in.
