Once again, DITC are holding 2 Xmas fayres this year to raise money for the charity.
We hugely appreciate your support in attending the last few years, and out of respect are giving you guys 1st option to book a place. This will be our 4th year holding fayres, and as time has passed, we have learned each time.
If interested, please note details below and confirm.
:- We have two fayres – November 7th and December 6th – both open to the public from 11am-3pm.
:- Tables are £25 and non refundable under any circumstances.
:- Places are only guaranteed once FULL Payment is received. We dadly dont have time to chase people who request attendance then dont pay.

:- A donation is required each day for the charity tombola. This should be supplied at the start of the day to the table co-ordinator.
:- Please supply business name, social media links, a brief description of what you will be selling on the day, and what day/s you wish to attend.
:- Entry to the hall is strictly from 10am on the day of each fayre to enable our volunteers to set up. There is plenty free parking in Callon Street and at Farmfoods.
:- Tables are supplied by the charity. While we will do out best to accommodate placement requests, we cannot guarantee this.
:- The day is being run by volunteers. While we are grateful for each stallholder attending and understand this is an opportunity for you to make money, no abuse to our volunteers will be tolerated.
