A supportive face-to-face antenatal workshop in Airdrie for expectant mums and their birth partner, designed to help you prepare for labour, birth and early parenthood together as a team.
This Couples Antenatal Active Birth Workshop combines the best of traditional antenatal education and hypnobirthing techniques, giving you practical tools, confidence and shared understanding for an informed, active birth. You’ll explore birth choices, comfort measures, partner support, and how to approach labour feeling calm, prepared and empowered.
Ideal for couples who want more than a standard antenatal class, this workshop creates space to talk, plan and prepare in a way that fits your values, hopes and birth preferences.
Who it’s for:
• Expectant mums and their chosen birth companion
• Best attended from around 30 weeks pregnant (earlier attendance welcome)
• Adapted for all pregnancy-related conditions
