Paper Filigree, also known as Quilling, is a century-old art form that involves the use of paper strips that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs.

Join Debbie from The Paper Twirler and learn the basic elements of this art form. The class will then learn how to make this pretty Happy Birthday greeting card featuring a colorful bouquet of flowers in a pot.
