Refund Policy

Minimum Age: 16+ strictly. Government ID may be requested. Anyone under 16 will be refused entry without refund.

Stag entry strictly prohibited. Only couples or mixed groups allowed. If an individual arrives alone or the group does not meet entry criteria, entry will be denied without refund.

Entry strictly via valid ticket and intact event wristband. Tampered, damaged or removed wristbands will not be accepted.

Rights of admission reserved. Organizers may deny entry or remove any person for misconduct, safety concerns, or rule violations — no refund provided.

Attendees are strongly advised to arrive at least 30 minutes early for smooth security clearance.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited inside the venue:

Backpacks, handbags, outside food & drinks, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alcohol, lighters, sharp objects, helmets, drones, GoPro / professional cameras / recording equipment, arms & ammunition, inflammable substances, illegal drugs, deodorants, perfumes, and pets.

No storage facility is available. Confiscated items will not be returned.

Recording & Social Media

Mobile phones may be used to record personal content (photos & short videos) for personal use and social media.

Professional cameras, GoPros, stabilizers, or commercial recording equipment are banned unless pre-approved.

Venue Rules

Food & beverages will be available inside; outside consumables strictly prohibited.

Zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances.

Disorderly, dangerous, or inappropriate behaviour will lead to immediate removal without refund.

Absolutely no drugs, illegal substances, harassment, abuse, physical fights, or disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated.

Anyone caught with drugs or illegal items will be removed and handed to authorities.

Any harassment, misbehaviour, or unwanted contact results in instant ejection.

No warnings. No excuses. No refunds.

Security & police presence will be active throughout the event.

If you`re a problem, you`re out. Simple.

Security & Safety

All attendees are subject to mandatory security checks. Anyone suspected of possession of restricted items or unlawful activity may be searched or removed without explanation.

All safety and security announcements must be followed.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

This event includes high-intensity sound, bass vibrations, lasers, strobe lighting, pyrotechnic effects, fog/haze and fast-flashing visuals.

These may trigger epileptic seizures, anxiety, panic reactions, disorientation, temporary visual discomfort, hearing strain, or mental health reactions.

By attending, the ticket holder accepts that any health issues, seizures, discomfort, panic, loss of consciousness, or injuries caused due to loud music, special effects lighting, strobe / laser effects are solely at their own risk.

Organizers are not responsible for any medical condition aggravated during or after the event.

Tickets, Refunds & Resale

No refunds under any circumstances, including event rescheduling.

If government permissions are not granted and the event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued to ticket purchasers.

Unlawful resale or duplication of tickets will result in cancellation without refund.

Media Usage Rights

By entering, attendees automatically grant organizers full worldwide rights to use photographs, video clips, or event recordings featuring them for promotional, broadcast, advertising, and digital use without compensation or approval.

Liability Disclaimer

Entry and parking are at the sole risk of the attendee. Organizers, venue partners, and staff accept no responsibility for personal injury, loss, theft, damage, or accidents inside or outside the venue.

Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes will be under Ahmedabad / Gujarat jurisdiction only.

Entry signifies full acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
