Sounds quite fascinating, doesn't it? However, being strong is not just about attacking all the time. It's also about learning when and why to defend. And self defense — well how we wish we were taught in our schools!

However, fret not. At Amdavad Toastmasters, we are coming up with yet another meet. The theme being: Self Defense. Join us as our very own brown belt holder karate kid, Toastmaster Divy Mehta, shares his wisdom on the art of self defense. That's not all; we've three prepared speeches planned to enthrall you!
