Join us to play Keep the Balance a simple hands-on board game to explore real group decision-making dynamics and discover practical ways to keep things in balance.

What we will do:
Make decisions exactly as you normally do...no tips no coaching. Notice how different styles shift the group and its balance.
Then experiment...Try a few alternative approaches and see what changes. No “right way” revealed upfront...we’ll discover it together.
Reflect & learn: Spot patterns name trade-offs and leave with practical tips and processes for your next team decision.
