Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: A full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the start of the Bootcamp.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the Bootcamp will receive a 50% refund of the fee.
No Refund: Cancellations less than 3 days before the Bootcamp or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Transfer Option: If your child is unable to attend, you may transfer the registration to another child with prior notice (subject to batch size limits).
Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that the Bootcamp is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, health restrictions), participants will receive a full refund or an option to join the next available batch.
