Inner Power Workshop for Pre-Teens & Teens (11 to 18 yrs)

1. What is it? It’s a 2 hours inner power workshop for pre-teens and teens using simple breathwork, guided meditation, mindful movement, theatre games, creative art and writing, intuition games, group chanting and sound vibration, active meditation and much more to help kids feel serene, confident & energized. No experience needed.
2. Can young ones meditate or sit still? Yes, the sooner it is imbibed the better and we keep the support tricks on for those who can’t; 3–5 min at a time, super easy & optional eyes-open. Lots of movement in between.
3. Benefits? They leave happier, more grounded, less stressed, with simple tools they can use daily for much better focus & confidence.
4. Shy or super-energetic child? Perfect for all kinds — supportive circle, no one forced to speak or perform solo.
5. What to wear/bring? Comfy clothes, water bottle, socks.
7. Fees is ₹2500 per participant
