Refund Policy

No Refunds After Registration

• Once payment is made, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Transfer of Ticket

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your workshop ticket to another person by informing us at least 24 hours before the event.

Workshop Rescheduling / Cancellation by Organizer

• In the rare case the workshop is postponed or cancelled by the organizer, participants will be offered:
• A full refund, OR
• The option to attend the workshop on the rescheduled date.

Technical Issues (for Online Workshop)

• If you face genuine technical issues (internet, login, device), no refunds will be issued. However, we may provide recorded access (if available).

Confirmation Pass

• Confirmation Pass is issued only after successful payment. Without the pass, entry to the workshop will not be allowed.
