1. Full Refund : A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made at least 2 days prior to the workshop date.
2. No Refund : Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund, as materials and resources are prepared in advance.
3. Transfer Option : If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Please inform us via email or message at least 24 hours before the session.
4. Workshop Cancellation by Organizer : In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to join a rescheduled session.
