Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Events

1. General Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases outlined below.
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to this refund policy.

2. Cancellations by Organizer

• If the event is canceled by the organizer, attendees will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price.
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. Attendees who cannot attend the new date may request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.

3. Cancellations by Attendee

• Ticket transfers to another person are allowed if notified.

4. No-Shows

• Failure to attend the event without prior written notice will result in a forfeit of the ticket fee.

5. Force Majeure

• The organizer is not liable for refunds if the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, etc.). In such cases, the organizer may provide a credit for a future event instead of a cash refund.

6. Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
• Transaction or booking fees (if any) may be non-refundable.
