Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds may be claimed by participants (“Participants”/“You”) registering for the AEO Training & Certification Program (“Event”) organized by Customerlab LLC (“Organizer”/“We”). By registering for the Event, You acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Refund requests will be considered valid only if submitted in writing to support@customerlab.tech at least 10 (ten) calendar days prior to the scheduled Event date.
1.2 In such cases, a full refund, less any applicable payment gateway/processing fees, will be issued.
1.3 Refund requests made within 10 (ten) calendar days of the Event date or in the case of non-attendance (“no-show”) will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Organizer-Initiated Cancellations or Postponements
2.1 In the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or postponement of the Event by the Organizer due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure events, regulatory changes, or insufficient enrollments), Participants shall be entitled to either:
● (a) a full refund of the registration fee; or
● (b) transfer of the registration to a future session of the Event, at no additional cost.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of confirmation, using the original mode of payment.
3.2 The Organizer shall not be liable for delays attributable to the payment processor, banking institutions, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1 The Organizer’s liability under this Policy shall be strictly limited to the amount of the registration fee paid by the Participant.
4.2 The Organizer shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental
damages (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of business opportunities) arising from Event cancellation, rescheduling, or refund delays.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
5.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. 6. Contact Information
