Join Rhonda Hauser, LCSW, BCN for a 3-week, in-person psychoeducational group for adults who want to learn about understanding their nervous system and implementing skills from numerous evidence-based mind, body and brain therapeutic techniques including Cogntive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, BrainSpotting, Neurofeedback and more. This will be a small group of learning, practicing, and developing increased self-awareness. Everyone will leave with their own toolbox of therapeutically based coping skills to fell more empowered in regulating thoughts, emotions and feelings.
This group is designed to help you:
• Understand how stress shows up in your mind and body
• Learn evidence-based regulation strategies
• Practice skills in a supportive, structured group setting
• Build awareness you can use immediately
