The 3 To 1 R & R's Retreat; Rest, Restore, Renew
This is YOUR time to let down and relax in the beautiful Ozark setting of Camp Table Rock during Fall!! Who's with me?!!
You will be surrounded by amazing beauty as you unwind and take some time to just breathe!! Everything from Kayaking and nature walks, to sand volleyball and ping pong is at your fingertips! There is a lookout tower on site as well that just beckons you to come sit a spell and take in all the beauty.
We will have comfortable cabins, 5 delicious meals together as well as the opportunity to enjoy great workouts with some state of the art sound systems and lighting!
We are offering Zumba, POUND Rockout Workout, Be Still & Be Loved (stretching), some Zumba Gold / Chair Zumba Gold, Strong Nation, and CIRCL Mobility to give you a taste of some fun fitness options. We will also offer some guided hikes again this year! We sprinkle in some vendors with fun items , chair massages, a craft, a themed party night, a movie night complete with popcorn (pack those jammies) , and even a station for you to do up your nails and toes!
Above all, everything is OPTIONAL...you can come to do nothing more than sit and 'chill' ALL weekend if you want 🙂 , read a book (or 3!!), and Yep - even sleep!! We want you to leave feeling pampered and refreshed!! WAIT..We want you to leave feeling Rested, Restored, AND Renewed!!
There will be drawings every day and even a hayride with bonfire and s'mores included in your weekend!!

This is a ladies only event open to ages 18 and older and you don't have to belong to 3 To 1 Fitness to come enjoy!! We would love to see groups of ladies from churches all over , or families and friends having girl trips join us at this event!! We do, however understand that sometimes young mothers have small infants that they aren't able to leave for 3 days yet, please contact me for this special circumstance and we will do our best to make this retreat happen for you 🙂
