Rock and Roll: Rock Play Their Way

Featherfin Family Services and the Blue Ridge Children’s Museum invite families to a casually cute, hands-on playdate all about rocks and rock play!🤩

As one of nature‘s most accessible “toys,”rocks have played a part in childhood play and development since the beginning of humankind! From rock stacking to rock collecting to rock painting to rock skipping and throwing, rocks simply rock!!!🤘

The target age range for this program is 2 to 8, but all ages are welcome!

🪨For extra fun, bring a rock with you to contribute to our rock swap table! 🪨

🆓This is a FREE, drop-in program.
